Blueberry soup with PromOat


Ingredients

  • 2.5 dl water
  • 2 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 level tbsp (9 grams) PromOat

Contains 3 grams of beta-glucan per portion

Instructions

Boil the water, frozen blueberries and sugar in a saucepan. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Add PromOat and whisk until dissolved. Serve warm with your favourite topping, such as almond biscuits, ricotta or nuts.
