PrOatein Banana Cake


  • 4 tbsps (36 g) PrOatein
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 dl flour
  • 1.5 dl oat milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp canola oil


Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oat milk and canola oil. Mix until smooth. Mash the banana in a separate bowl and add it to the mixture. Fry 1/2 dl of batter at a time in a lightly oiled frying pan. Fry at medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
