Overnight Oats


  • 1 level tbsp (9 grams) PromOat
  • 0.75 dl oat flakes
  • Half a pinch of salt
  • 2 dl oat milk
  • 1 tbsp plant-based yoghurt

Suggestions for toppings

  • Strawberries or diced apple
  • A pinch of cinnamon, 2 tbsps chopped 
  • Pistachio nuts or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey


Mix PromOat, oat flakes and salt in a bowl or glass jar. Add oat milk and yoghurt (preferably plant-based). Stir thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with your choice of topping.
