PromOat Porridge


  • 1 level tbsp (9 grams) PromOat
  • 1 dl oats
  • 2.5 dl water
  • A pinch of salt

Contains 3 grams of beta-glucan per portion


Mix all the raw ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 2 min. at the highest setting. Stir. Serve with cinnamon or your favourite toppings.
