PromOat smoothie


  • 1 level tbsp (9 grams) PromOat
  • 1/2 dl frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 dl oat milk
  • 1 dl apple juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A pinch of vanilla – optional

Contains 3 grams of beta-glucan per portion


Mix all the ingredients except for the PromOat in a blender or with a hand-held mixer. Add PromOat while the mixer is running until the consistency is smooth and ready to drink. Serve immediately.
